Recent Advances in HRM

This course intend to make the students understand the recent advances in HRM  with specific focus on emerging trends in research & practice in HRM, issues and challenges in HRM. Besides, the course also focuses on various research methods in HRM and future of HRM

The course objectives are

1.      To make the students aware on recent trends and practices in the field of HRM

2.      To develop critical thinking  and analytical skills in resolving HR issues and challenges

3.      To develop ability to apply different statistical tools and techniques in HRM
